Natural Eye Highlighters

While I use loose powders as eyeshadow, I sometimes just want something quick and easy to highlight the inner corners of my eye and my browbone (just under my eyebrow). Enter highlighters! Here are two I use all the time.

Natural Eye Highlighters | Makeup Detox

The first highlighter is called Diva Stix in Milk, by The All Natural Face. It’s matte and comes in a nifty pencil. I recently watched a video by Brianna at iluvjess444 (ah to be young) who suggested using this as an eyeshadow primer  – it works well! If you’re curious to check out her video on mineral eyeshadows tips, it’s here.

Two notes on the Diva Stix:

  1. Get the sharpener – I’ve tried other big sharpeners and the Diva Stix doesn’t fit.
  2. As I’ve mentioned before, I find The All Natural Face doesn’t have the best customer service and emails often go unanswered, but their products are good and the prices are amazing so I stick with them.

Buy the sharpener here (2.50$)

The second highlighter is by Silk Naturals – it’s actually a cream blush but it’s eye-safe. You can use it on your cheekbone for an extra glow too. They have a gold one but I find this is nicer for the purpose. I use this a lot and it’s lasted me forever.

Buy Cream Blush in Avalanche here (4.50$)

Yes I bought it as a highlighter for my cheekbone but starting using it on my browbone and love it.
